ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

Sawchuk Developments is committed to protecting our environment, including those workplaces that are managed by our firm. Our knowledge of the Environmental Management Act requires that we comply with all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations. Sawchuk Developments will ensure that all our construction activities are executed in accordance with these regulations and that our policy is adhered to so that the impact on our environment is kept to a minimum. In order to achieve this Environmental Management commitment, we propose the following:

• Instilling our commitment in all stakeholders

• Providing an ongoing educational and monitoring program regarding environmental protection best practices

• Holding accountable all team members working on our sites and ensuring that they do their best to protect our environment

• Applying all procedures and resources available to us so that the work being done will not harm humans, animals or plant life, or negatively impact air, water or soil quality

• Procuring, storing, using and disposing of building products and materials in a manner that will result in the least amount of negative impact to our environment

• Establishing a waste management program, recycling materials that are appropriate for recycling and properly disposing of non-recyclables. Monitoring of this program will be ongoing.
