This 5500 square foot single family residence was completed in
2004 and includes amenities such as:
* concrete storage room under the garage
* swimming pool and spa
* exterior gas fire pit
* steam room
* remote controlled sky-lites
* free-standing bath tub
* in-floor heating elements
Many fine finishes were used to complete this exceptional home, including:
* black walnut hardwood flooring
* extensive use of ceramic and glass tile
* large radius interior crown mouldings
* cork wall covering
* honed granite and marble counter tops
* unit pavers for driveways and walks
The exterior was enhanced by extensive landscaping and use of rock retaining
walls.
