THE BENCH PHASE I & II, Kelowna BC
| |
Completed in 2002, this non-profit housing complex was built for the Army, Navy and Air Force in Canada.
Phase I included 37 condominium living units and was a wood-frame structure with cultured stone and vinyl siding exterior.
The exterior was enhanced by extensive landscaping and use of rock retaining
walls.
Following the first phase, Sawchuk has also completed a covered parking structure, and a separate building which includes a clubhouse and lounge.
Construction of phase II, which includes an additional 47 living units, was completed in 2005.
